Bought a new Spring Air Phoenix mattress from SleepCity, and we're loving it. The sales woman was really nice and helpful, got us everything we needed, made the entire process very easy, and was a joy to talk to. This was the first mattress store we went to when we went mattress store, and it's the only one we returned to at the end of the day because I was so set on the Spring Air and the price. The delivery was quick and easy, and the delivery guys were really nice.

Reggie was absolutely amazing! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We came in just wanting to look at some mattresses. But, he was so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable that we ended up making a purchase for a brand new Purple Restore Premiere mattress. He was an awesome sales person and the customer service was top notch! We decided we wanted to make sure he got the commission because of his work and time he put in. Dana was awesome taking his time to help us find our bed. He listen to our current issues with our bed and showed us 4 different models and explained the difference. There was no rush or pushing sales. We will definitely be back when it’s time for our next bed. Highly recommended.
