120-Night Comfort Guarantee

Qualifying mattress purchases delivered within Sleep City's regular local delivery areas are eligible for our 120-Night Comfort Guarantee. After a required 30-night break-in period, customers may make one comfort exchange within 120 nights of delivery. A $249 exchange fee applies.

The mattress must be clean, sanitary, undamaged and have all original law tags attached. Special orders, adjustable bases, massage chairs, furniture, frames, opened accessories, clearance merchandise, outlet merchandise and floor models are excluded.

All sales are final. Sleep City does not issue refunds. The Comfort Guarantee provides an exchange on qualifying mattresses only and is not a return or refund policy.

Manufacturer defects are handled separately under the applicable manufacturer's warranty.
