Can I return or exchange my mattress?
All sales are final; Sleep City does not issue refunds. Qualifying mattresses delivered within our regular local delivery areas may receive one comfort exchange within 120 nights after a required 30-night break-in period, with a $249 exchange fee. Mattresses must be clean, sanitary, undamaged, and retain all original law tags. Special orders, adjustable bases, massage chairs, furniture, frames, opened accessories, clearance, outlet, and floor-model merchandise are excluded.
